Our
Student Recognition Program recognizes student participation and
excellence in the areas of academics, athletics, performing arts, and
school service.
 |
Academics:
|
Senior I – 80% year-end average with a completion of 8
credits including all Senior I compulsory courses.
Senior II – 80% year-end average with a completion of 8
Senior II credits including all compulsories.
Senior III – 80% year-end average with a completion of 6
Senior III subjects including all compulsories.
Senior IV – 80% year-end average with a completion of 6
Senior IV subjects including all compulsories.

Athletics:
|
A roster player for one school team, nominated by the coach
and/or staff supervisor, and meets the overall criteria for
commitment, attitude, and acceptable conduct. Students involved in
school organized athletics and activities will be recognized in this
category.

|
Performing
Arts:
|
Nominated by the staff supervisor and meets the overall criteria for
commitment, attitude, and acceptable conduct.
|
|
School
Service:
|
Nominated by the staff supervisor and meets the overall
criteria for commitment, attitude, and acceptable conduct.

characteristics that will be considered when nominating students for
commitment, attitude, and acceptable conduct are as follows:

Commitment:
attendance, punctuality, supports program goals and tasks, and

Attitude:
positive contribution to activity, cooperative |

Conduct:
respects student conduct policy, good representative of Vincent
Massey |
Students
receiving administrative suspensions will have their eligibility reviewed
by the principal.

students will be recognized according to the following categories:
