   On behalf of the MHSAA Board of Directors and 188 member schools, welcome to the 2006
   Provincial High School Soccer  Championships.  We hope that the championship will provide you 
   with an educational and memorable experience. 

   We have over 4,000 young men and women participating in school soccer, and the participants are
   indeed to be congratulated for their advancement to these provincials.  Many hours of practice and 
   many games now reach a culmination.  Teams now have a chance to display their talents and to try and 
   reach the podium to be rated as one of the best.  Any athlete who has attained this level of competition
   representing one's school deserves credit for his or her own personal victory.

   The Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association would like to thank McDonald's Restaurants of 
   Manitoba, Dairy Farmers of Manitoba, Manitoba Telecom Services Manitoba’s Credit Unions,
   Manitoba Hydro and Sport Manitoba for their continued support with all Provincial 
   Championships.       

   Congratulations to those teams who have won their zone championships and playdowns, and who will
   be competing for the coveted titles of MHSAA Champions.
