When registering your child for school:

ALL forms must be completed (see grade specific forms below). |

Copy of child's birth certificate is required. |

Proof of residence is required (rental bill, utility bill - anything with a street address, not a P.O. Box #). |

Copy of Custody Agreement if applicable. |
If you do not live in the Brandon School Division catchement area, a School of Choice - Special Request for Enrollment form must be completed. These forms may be obtained from any school in the Brandon School Division. The School of Choice applications will be reviewed by the principal in consultation with the Assistant Superintendent in accordance with divisional guidelines.
